The short answer
Roblox does not expose a complete public archive of every deleted beta-era place, so one surviving page cannot prove which experience was literally created first. In the verified public set tracked by iGamesBox, Crossroads is earliest, with an official creation date of 2007-05-01.
Why different sites give different answers
Early Roblox places were deleted, copied, transferred and later grouped into universes. That creates three different questions: the first place ever made, the oldest page still accessible, and the oldest game that people can still play today. A responsible answer must state which definition it uses.
